Our retreat will be hosted at the charming Villa Tramonte, a beautifully restored 18th-century estate, located 15 minutes from historic Lucca.

Surround yourself in comfort with elegant accommodations, relax by the serene outdoor pool, take a peaceful stroll through the olive groves, or unwind with a good book.

  • Our retreat haven, Villa Tramonte, is made up of two beautifully distinct houses, together accommodating up to 20 guests. You’ll find options for both shared and private rooms, each tastefully decorated in authentic Tuscan style, blending simplicity with elegance. Enjoy the comfort of rooms that reflect the charm of the region, and make use of our convenient laundry facilities during your stay.

  • Yoga and meditation are practiced in a stunning light filled yoga studio with wooden beams and terracotta floors. It is fully equipped with Manduka quality yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, yoga straps and blocks.

    There are also several grassed terraces with views overlooking the forest and olive groves for yoga and meditation.

  • There is a lovely swimming pool located away from the villa where retreat guests can relax.

  • Our villa features a spacious indoor communal dining area and several charming alfresco spaces "outdoor dining" where you can enjoy your meals amid the Tuscan beauty. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven that we use to create delicious, freshly baked pizzas for you to savor during your stay

  • Our retreat menu is vegetarian and we have a wonderful local cook who prepares deliciously fresh dishes based on what is in season and the region’s specialties.  As we are in Tuscany, we do indulge in local cheeses, pasta, breads, wines and other delights, so although our menu is not a strict cleanse, we do offer plenty of healthy choices with nuts, seeds, legumes, plenty of vegetables and salads, rice, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, fresh fruit and yogurt.

    We source our food from local producers and wherever possible, we use organic grains, fruit and vegetables. We also make our own fresh fruit and vegetable juices every morning and offer cleansing herbal teas. Organic wine, olive oil and honey are produced in the surrounding agricultural area and served during our retreats. Upon request, we can cater for gluten free and lactose free dietary requirements.

    Our retreat centre is very relaxed and informal – participants are free to help themselves to fresh fruit, water and herbal teas every day.


  • Massages and holistic treatments are available in-house during your retreat to help participants relax, unwind, release tensions and improve well-being. We have a wonderful therapists who offers body work and facial treatments which can be booked upon arrival.

  • WIFI Internet access is available.  However, as we are in the countryside, mobile phone reception can be intermittent. Whilst we recognize the need to stay in contact with friends and loved ones during your retreat, we try to encourage guests to leave their virtual world behind.

    Choose your adventure: hike the verdant trails connecting the villages, each vista more stunning than the last, or relax on the tranquil beaches, soaking in the Mediterranean sun.

    This day trip to Cinque Terre is more than an excursion; it’s an invitation to live fully, breathe deeply, and capture a feeling that will linger long after our return.

  • Night out at Pietrasanta

    Experience the vibrant energy of Pietrasanta Night Village, where art, culture, and entertainment come alive under the evening sky. Stroll through inviting streets illuminated by twinkling lights and explore unique art galleries and boutiques.

    We’ll gather for a wonderful dinner together, savoring delicious local cuisine. This evening is a chance to connect with the local culture and indulge in the beauty of the village.

    Get ready to explore the delightful city of Lucca on a bike and walking tour that will awaken your spirit and immerse you in the local culture.

    As we ride along ancient city walls that offer stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, feel the gentle breeze on your face and inhale the fragrant aroma of blooming gardens. Stop to admire the impressive architecture of historic churches and quaint piazzas, each with its own story to tell.

    You’ll have the opportunity to pause at local cafés, savoring a cup of rich Italian coffee or a refreshing gelato, as you soak in the lively atmosphere.

    Begin each day with morning meditations that ground you in the present moment, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

    Following meditation, our morning yoga sessions will offer a unique blend of vinyasa flow, restorative, breath-work, slow flow and inversions, suitable for all levels

    In the evenings, we’ll also have several calming yin yoga classes & journaling, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect.

    Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, these classes are designed to meet you where you are, guiding you to a deeper connection of body, mind and soul.

  • Well, what can I say about the lovely Kati... in the short amount of time that I got to spend with her on a yoga retreat, it was honestly one of the best times of my life. She is so welcoming, a great listener and really took the time to gauge how we were feeling and get the energy of the room so that she could tailor our sessions. My previous yoga experience went as far as following YouTube videos, but within a week, I felt so much stronger, confident, and more importantly, I felt capable. Kati taught me to listen to my body, do what feels good and try (and fail!) Because you can always try it again! Even though it's been 6 months since the retreat, I get on my mat most days and i know that I will feel 100 times better by the end. You are forever in my heart Kati ❤️

Hi, I’m Kati! Your retreat host and lead yoga teacher.

As a devoted yogi and teacher, I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with you. Based in the enchanting Humboldt County, California, my teachings are inspired by the beauty of nature that surrounds me.

I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, challenged, and inspired.  My teaching style blends mindfulness, vinyasa, yin, and inversions to help students deepen their practice and discover true strength and joy.

As a 500-hour certified instructor through Briohny Smyth with Aligned Yoga, I bring depth and knowledge to every class, supporting students on their journey toward balance and self-discovery. Whether through daily classes, workshops or immersive retreats, I’m here to guide you toward growth and inner peace.

Hi, I’m ELisabeth “Ellie” Ilsoe, yoga Teacher and designer.

I'm a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher from Denmark. Though I am currently based in Copenhagen, I'm a traveler and recently moved back after two years of living in Australia. I have +500 hours of yoga teaching trainings from both Denmark, USA and Australia, and I am also a certified transformative coach. Besides teaching yoga and coaching, I run a brand design business and facilitate workshops. If I am not traveling, you will find me listening to live music, surfing in the ocean, or dancing to Latin tunes.
